Moammar Gadhafi and some of his sons are facing criminal charges for crimes against humanity.
This is the first time the court will be investigatin Gadhafi while the events in Libya are going on.
They include allegations of security forces killing unarmed protesters, forced displacement, illegal detention and airstrikes on civilians(CNN.com). Investigators will look at events in Libya from Feb. 15. Anti-Gadhafi protestors will also be held accountable for criminal activity."I think Libya is a new world.
